My stay was wonderful. the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the hotel's proximity to Henry C Chambers Waterfront Park made for lovely morning strolls with beautiful views of the water.

Housekeeping needs a kick in gear!!! The pool and hot tub were down, and the workout area smelled of mildew. A bit more attention to these details would make a world of difference!!! Rethink the maintenance schedule!!!

My stay in the Queen Suite was such a treat! The view of the marsh was simply breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The indoor heated pool was a cozy escape after a day of exploring. The large room gave plenty of space for relaxation!

But the bathroom could have used some attention. it felt a bit outdated and there were a few minor cleanliness issues. Overall, not a bad spot, just a bit more upkeep needed in the bathroom area.

Great spot for a quiet stay

We loved our time here! The room was super comfortable, and the location was nice and quiet. The restaurant was a nice surprise too, especially on New Year's Eve with the friendly staff. Just wish the elevators were functioning seamlessly – we had to take the service elevator due to maintenance issues. Overall, a solid experience!
